Dexter Slide Pilot Corrective Slide Sole

The Dexter Slide Pilot is a corrective slide sole for left-handed bowlers whose slide foot over-rotates through the release. Its dual-friction design sets an S6 microfiber control zone into an S10 felt glide base, positioned for the left-hand slide path, so the sole naturally guides your foot into a straighter, more controlled finish instead of letting it fan open at the line.

Where the Slide Pilot Fits on the Slide Scale

Dexter’s interchangeable sole system ranges from S2 (least slide) to S13 (most slide). Rather than sitting at a single point on that scale, the Slide Pilot combines two surfaces: the S10 felt base keeps your slide long and smooth, while the S6 microfiber zone adds friction exactly where an over-rotating foot needs it.

How to Install

Peel off your current sole, align the Slide Pilot on your slide shoe, and press firmly. Clean the sole area on your shoe first for the best bond, keep soles dry, and test your slide on the approach before bowling.
