How the Hammer Vibe Slides Your slide foot is the one opposite your bowling hand, so as a right-handed bowler you slide on your left foot and push off with your right. The Vibe puts an interchangeable slide sole on the slide foot and a fixed rubber push-away on the push foot, over a lightweight molded EVA outsole.

The Interchangeable Slide Sole The Vibe ships with a #6 slide sole installed and a #8 in the box, so you can go from less slide to more in seconds. The oversized soles trim to fit your shoe.
