The KR Strikeforce Pilot is a lightweight athletic bowling shoe designed for comfort and a smooth, reliable slide. Part of KR’s athletic line, it’s a great choice for league nights or casual games when you want sneaker-like comfort with a genuine bowling slide. 

Made for both right- and left-handed bowlers, it features a woven mesh upper for added breathability and comfort during long sessions, along with cushioned support that feels broken in from the very first frame.

How the KR Strikeforce Pilot Slides

Because it carries a slide pad on both shoes, there is no wrong foot. Either foot can lead your slide, which makes it an easy, forgiving choice for newer bowlers, two-handers, and anyone who wants one shoe that simply works.

The Slide Pads and FlexSlide

Both shoes ship with a #8 white microfiber slide pad backed by FlexSlide Technology. The #8 pad is a true slide setup that glides clean and consistent right out of the box on the lighter conditioning most house lanes carry, with no break-in needed.

Having the same slide pad on both feet is what makes it universal. A right-handed bowler slides on the left foot and a left-handed bowler slides on the right, and because both shoes are set up to slide, it fits either bowler with no hand to choose at checkout.

The Upper, Cushioning, and Outsole

A woven mesh upper keeps the Pilot light and breathable, while the zero-tie elastic laces and hands-free heel system make it easy to step in and out and still get a secure, comfortable fit.

A higher stack height with a silky-smooth sock liner adds cushioning and better weight transfer, and the CMEVA and rubber outsole keeps the shoe light underfoot with the durability to hold up to regular play.
